If you haven't gotten enough of Keifer Sutherland in '24', there are several movies you can watch with Kiefer Sutherland in them. Even though '24' will be ending May 24, 2010, this really isn't the end of the show. There is a feature film in the works where you will see Sutherland as Jack Bauer once again. A date for shooting and its release is yet to be determined at the time of this article.
There are more than 4 movies Keifer Sutherland starred in, but these are the most notable for me. Kiefer Sutherland has voice parts in three other movies. These moveis were Monsters vs. Aliens, Dragonlance: Dragons of Autumn Twilight, and The Wild. He also was the caller in Phone Booth.
As you will see, Kiefer Sutherland can be a multifaceted actor in any movie role he is given. While we may not have seen him on the big screen compared to others he has starred with, his '24' character role, Jack Bauer, has come to an end. What will the end of '24' bring to Sutherland's career now?
Top 5 Kiefer Sutherland Movies
These are the top 5 Kiefer Sutherland movies I have watched him in more than once. While I put Young Guns and Young Guns II together, both movies show how Sutherland can go with a sequel two years later keeping his character going.
The Cowboy Way
Kiefer Sutherland goes after the bad guys in The Cowboy Way with Woody Harrelson. Much like his role in '24' Sutherland doesn't want the bad guys to get away while they search for their best friend who vanished.
The Three Musketeers
Sutherland plays a more comedic role in this version of The Three Musketeers. Playing Athos, Kiefer Sutherland fights, loves, and cites poetry in a way you wouldn't think he could.
Young Guns and Young Guns II
While starring in Young Guns and Young Guns II with a cast second to none, Sutherland protrays Doc Sculock who are hired to protect an Englishman's ranch in New Mexico in Young Guns and later extradited back to New Mexico to stand trial for crimes they committed in Young Guns II.
A Few Good Men
While Sutherland's role wasn't as prominent in A Few Good Men, he shines in the role as Lieutenant Jonathan Kendrick.
